About the position

KILROY is looking for an all-round system administrator to strengthen our corporate IT team. IT is a part of the corporate shared service team, supporting IT services to our different brands and countries. The successful candidate will work with an experienced team in a dynamic company and will report to the IT manager.

Key tasks and responsibilities

The main tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist in maintaining and development of IT infrastructure.
  • Assist in maintaining the IT security policies.
  • Assist in developing and optimizing business related procedures within the IT area.
  • Support other IT staff.
  • Ad hoc tasks in general.

About you

You are a service-minded IT System administrator with a strong understanding and interest in how the business operates.

Requirements

The ideal candidate: 

  • Has a deep technical understanding of IT in general.
  • Has a good business understanding and service minded attitude.
  • Is able to communicate complex IT terminology in a simple and clear language.
  • Regularly provides advice and recommend actions involving rather complex issues.
  • Must be able to contribute positively to our profitability, customer satisfaction and      development.
  • Must be professionally qualified within his or her field and contribute actively to the ongoing development and efficiency within your area.
  • Must be able to work in a business with constant development and changes, which make great demands on efficiency, cooperation, service and customer focus.
  • Fluent English and one Scandinavian language.
  • Experience with Microsoft System Center
  • Experience with Microsoft server technology in general
